Dr Joshua Kolawole is a Lean-Agile transformational leader and Healthcare Quality and Patient Safety Expert. He is the CEO of Valdymas Intelligence LLC, Grand Prairie, Texas. A transforming minds evangelist with extensive experience as an Agile Project Manager with passion for continuous learning, improvement, innovations, and transformation. He is adept with Lean methods and Scaled Agile Frameworks utilizing same to successfully complete projects in Healthcare Quality and Systems Strengthening, IT Business Transformation, SolutionsDevelopment and Database Management, Advanced Level Education,Training and Capacity Development. He is an Inducted Member of the Delta Omega (ΔΩ) Honorary Society in Public Health from the Alpha Chapter – Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health. He is a coach, mentor, speaker, and teacher of Healthcare Quality and Lean-Agile Transformational Leadership Values and Principles.

Dorcas Kolawole is an experienced GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) Analyst and Information Protection Subject Matter Expert with a demonstrated history of success in cybersecurity, leadership, and organizational development. With over a decade of experience in compliance, data governance, and digital transformation, she has supported various industries, including finance, healthcare, and technology, in aligning their operations with global standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, and ISO 27001.
Her core competencies include implementing agile frameworks, conducting cyber risk assessments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Dorcas’s expertise in identity and access management, threat intelligence, and vulnerability management ensures organizations maintain robust security postures and achieve operational excellence. She holds certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Scrum, and Agile Project Delivery and is pursuing an MSc in Organizational Leadership at Johns Hopkins University.
