All services are provided for informational and professional purposes only.

3. SMS Program Terms (A2P-Compliant Section)

This section governs participation in our SMS messaging program.

A. Description of SMS Use Cases

If you voluntarily opt in to receive SMS messages, you may receive text messages related to:

Webinar registration confirmations
Event reminders
Event updates or schedule changes
Post-event follow-ups
Educational content and professional insights
Service-related notifications

We do not send unsolicited messages. Messages are only sent to users who have provided prior express consent.

B. Opt-In Consent

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility. Valdymas Intelligence does not charge for SMS delivery but is not responsible for carrier-imposed fees.

E. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying:

STOP — to unsubscribe
HELP — for assistance

After replying STOP, you will receive a final confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS communications unless you opt in again.
